The fourth month we still did not have the small piece of siding applied to the back of the house. When our salesman Dwayne finally brought the piece he has no nails to place it. In our Midwestern world this is incomptence.
I just had Apex Exterior do a total roof replacement that included an insurance claim. The total experience was seamless, painless, and a complete success. The crew paid attention to all the details and did a great job cleaning up (haven't found any nails in flower bed yet). Special thanks to David Downs for managing the claim with the insurance co and keeping me updated throughout the entire project. Apex is a great company and I highly recommend.
Had a great experience working with Apex on a new roof and insulation in the attic. We worked with Ken to have him give us a quote and he was super friendly and knowledgeable and always prompt. The guys did a great job ripping the old roof off and installing the new one and leaving our yard spotless when they were done. Isidro was a fabulous site manager and very friendly to work with the days that they were here working. I would recommend their services very highly!

This company CANNOT be beat! They're professional, respectful & their workmanship is impeccable! We had new gutters added and the gentleman that came to install the gutters, commented on how well done the roof was. He pointed out details that he said most roofers skip over as they are more time consuming and tedious to do. We are so impressed, we have hired them to replace all our windows too! Wish I could give 10 stars!
This is an excellent company. I can't say enough positive things about them because there are so many details that mattered. We contacted many roofers and put them thru the ringer, and Apex kept coming out on top. Whether it was the salesman Ken, the Manager Larry or the staff Erin we felt like we were the one and only, and most important project. We had watched other not-so-good roofing contractors in the neighborhood and we had neighbors asking about Apex because they saw the difference.
